Sircles

Our hierarchy 

Sircles disrupts the traditional pyramid structure often referred to as ‘departments’ which typically adhere to a long and articulated organizational structure. Our Sircles framework is designed perfectly for change-makers, innovators and tech savvies. It is built upon the holacracy model, with a tweak here and there.

At SORINT.lab there is only one stage, and it is the same for everyone. This flat organization allows SORINTians, projects, and daily work a guided:

  • Ownership
  • Ability to master fields, tools, and technologies.
  • Autonomy, freedom to act, and impact.
  • Effective collaboration and access to all sort of resources.
  • Complexity that is yet dynamic.

Sircles is our unique working model to harmonize different passions, stretch the value, and raise the bar of everything we deliver.

A Sircle consists of “Core members” and “Members”. Each SORINTian can be a member in one or many Sircle. Depending on what they do, or the skills required for a project. Unlike a member, one can only be a “core member” in one Sirlce. The main Sirlce. Each SORINTian has only one hierarchical head, the leader of the main Sircle.

SORINT.lab has more than 100 Sircles. +50 are technical Sircles.

Unlike a member, one can only be a “core member” in one Sirlce. The main Sirlce. Each SORINTian has only one hierarchical head, the leader of the main Sircle.

SORINT.lab has more than 100 Sircles. +50 are technical Sircles.

Below are the core members that shape up a Sircle.

1- Sircle Leader

Is the team point of reference. Creates and assigns roles and core roles. Monitors members activities, and above all defines the strategy and value proposition. Must be competent in the subject matter and in understanding and satisfying the needs of the customers/projects. Has an excellent reputation, which translates into a positive approach to situations. The ability to share, help, being always transparent in all actions is also an expected given.

2- Academier

Identifies training needs. Intercepts the adoption of new technologies. Ensures that Sircle members have the appropriate skills and that the Sircle moves in the desired direction in terms of certifications and knowledge acquisition.

3- Security Enabler

This figure ensures that SORINT.lab and the customer’s data are protected. Educating the members of the Sircle on the importance of IT security. He/she reports improvements and ensures internal procedures are being strictly followed.

4- Reporter

Deals with internal communication by informing everyone of what is happening within Sircle. Shares success stories, news, posts, field related trends and at the same time, reports to the Sircle what’s happening within SORINT.lab. Activities like broadcasting news of events, courses, documents, etc.

5- Talent Handler

Identifies the best needed resource for a given project. Might include activities like gathering customer’s needs, making the on-site process of new resources more effective, and help identify the next new SORINTian.

6- Planner

Manages engagements. Tracks, plans, and schedules activities for all Sircle members.

7- Engager

Engages in pre-sales activities as well as training, qualification and business findings.

8- Champion

Has a detailed knowledge of the customer and all the activities in which SORINT.lab is involved in. Identifies opportunities and customers’ new needs, reports on changes occurring on customer’s side, and carries out presales’ activities.

MOM

Mentor of Minds. Excluding the Sircle Leader’s role, there’s 7 MoMs within SORINT.lab. One for each of the previously mentioned roles. MoMs aim to facilitate the understanding and correct scope of the role. They’ll support development through mentoring and coaching activities to increase confidence and encourage growth at every level for the Core Roles across all Sircles.
