SORINT.lab is Agile by instinct. Every quarter, SORINT.lab operates on an organizational sprint cycle. Every SORINTian has the opportunity to contribute to the sprint planning and later reflect on questions such as, “What went well?”, “What didn’t go well?”, “What needs improvement?”, and “What was a great success story, if any?”. The CEO then conducts a live-streamed retrospective, transparently presenting the inputs provided by the Sircles in a few slides. In addition to each Sircle’s contributions to this planning and review process, SORINT.lab openly discusses the takeaways from the last sprint and the strategic objectives for the upcoming sprint.
Sprint objectives are not solely focused on work or projects; they may also include individual or group resolutions, or different approaches to tackling challenges.
Each sprint has its own slogan and identity, reflecting its goals.

Displayed on what we named Clann, which means “family” in Irish, are 35 software solutions developed internally by SORINTians for SORINTians. These tools provide everyone, whether technical or administrative, the comfort and efficiency to excel. They cover a range of functions, including managing all HR-related activities, fluid collaboration and communication, easy access to help desk support, and interaction tools such as blogs and vlogs. Clann also includes applications for courses, booking of offices, code repositories, CI/CD tools, project management solutions, encrypted file sharing, gamification management, an employee recognition platform, ideas management solution, our own digital currency, and an online store for gadgets.
This digital workspace brings together all applications, tools, and resources needed to leap SORINTian’s ambition forward. No matter where they are working from.
Yes IT’s Friday & SORINT.day
It’s where SORINTians from around the globe unite. ” Yes IT’s Friday ” takes place biweekly virtually. Meanwhile, “SORINT.day” is our exciting annual face-to-face gathering. Both promising nothing but energy, news, and entertainment.
Yes IT’s Friday is hosted by our CEO along with many SORINTians and external guests. This one-hour talk show invites participants to share news about their respective Sircles, or discuss a given topic. The stage is open not only to seniors but also to juniors from all fields, both technical and administrative. Yes IT’s Friday features different themes on various occasions, such as Yes IT’s Summer, Yes, IT’s Women, and Yes IT’s Resolution, each bringing a unique twist to the program’s script. Typically held on Friday afternoons, the show is rich with content, including success stories, methodologies, case studies, IT trends, and much more.
SORINT.day is where we blast the energy. Expect anything—from city tours for SORINTians arriving from outside Bergamo, to carnival games, performance shows, well-known inspirational speakers, music, dancing, gadgets, action sports, and kudos. As far as one’s imagination can go! Every detail, from the choice of venue and location to capturing every moment with drones and photography, is carefully planned. Designed to be a memorable day—a celebration to be remembered forever.
