With the aim of promoting #diversity and #gender equality, we have collaborated with the University of Padua to fund Costanza Padua’s PhD research on this subject. Costanza has shared her knowledge and findings with SORINTians on many occasions, helping to create and spread awareness.
A combination of online and offline initiatives carried out by Sircle Global Acadamia, SORINT.lab’s dedicated team for certification and internal education related activities. The primary focus of this program is to promote overall wellness. It offers mindfulness coaching, yoga sessions, physical education activities, and research on promoting both mental and physical well-being
Reintegration in the Society
Collaborating with Calimero, an association backing the Dolci Sogni Liberi project in Italy, SORINT.lab chose to support the initiative for the reintegration of individuals who were previously incarcerated. During the annual HeckersGen event
Pink October
On the Pink October happening, the month dedicated to breast cancer prevention, we promoted a fundraiser in favor of Amiche Per Mano, a Bergamo-based association that collaborates with the Humanitas Gavazzeni clinic as to offer women support during their treatment course . In addition, we organized an internal initiative for all SORINTians: Pink Day, a day dedicated to pink, in which colleagues were invited to come to the office wearing something pink.
Moustache Day
A SORINT Wellness initiative inspired by Movember, the global movement promoting awareness of prostate cancer prevention. For this important cause, we invited our SORINTians to grow a beard, a symbolic gesture representing our commitment to the fight against this disease. To involve all other colleagues as well, we brought symbolic moustaches to the office, inviting everyone to wear them and help spread the message of prevention and awareness.
