With the aim of promoting #diversity and #gender equality, we have collaborated with the University of Padua to fund Costanza Padua’s PhD research on this subject. Costanza has shared her knowledge and findings with SORINTians on many occasions, helping to create and spread awareness.

A combination of online and offline initiatives carried out by Sircle Global Acadamia, SORINT.lab’s dedicated team for certification and internal education related activities. The primary focus of this program is to promote overall wellness. It offers mindfulness coaching, yoga sessions, physical education activities, and research on promoting both mental and physical well-being

Reintegration in the Society

Collaborating with Calimero, an association backing the Dolci Sogni Liberi project in Italy, SORINT.lab chose to support the initiative for the reintegration of individuals who were previously incarcerated. During the annual HeckersGen event

SORINT: Leader in Diversity and Inclusion

We were recognized as a leading company in diversity and inclusion for 2025. This recognition comes from a study by Statista – Il Sole 24 Ore, highlighting 275 companies that have created value by welcoming and empowering people from all backgrounds.
Being recognized as a pioneer in this field is an important milestone, but we know the journey is far from over. For us, promoting a fair, inclusive, and welcoming work environment is not just a value—it is a concrete commitment we uphold every day.

SORINT4Inclusion

Did you know we were the first company in Bergamo to launch a training island? Recently, we were invited by Confindustria Bergamo and Lovato Electric to present our Inclusive Academy to HR managers from around 60 local companies.
The project, launched in 2022 in collaboration with the WhyNot Association, aims to integrate people with disabilities into the workforce, providing training directly from our IT experts.
