A holacracy model. Not only did the “Human Resource department” become “People Development Sircle”, but also very specialized Sircles were born with full focus on specific IT technology/domain. Another example would be a Sircle that combines customer’s technology stack. Sircles can include sub-Sircles that focus on a more specific goal.
